Position: Training Manager
Location: Malawi

The opportunity
The Training Manager will establish and lead CP’s Group training function, driving skills development, leadership growth, and performance improvement across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments across the Group
- Develop and implement strategic training plans
- Design and deliver technical, operational, and leadership training
- Develop training materials and learning resources
- Coordinate external training providers
- Implement e‑learning and blended learning solutions
- Measure training effectiveness and ROI
- Maintain training records and compliance
- Manage training budgets
- Build internal trainer capacity
- Report training outcomes to senior management
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional training qualification highly desirable
- 7‑10 years’ experience in training and development, with 3‑5 years at managerial level
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or agriculture preferred
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience with training needs analysis and competency frameworks
- Proven ability to measure training impact
- Proficiency in LMS and e‑learning platforms
- Strong project management and communication skills.
