The company is fully vertically integrated, managing the entire value chain from “egg to table.”

*The opportunity*

The Induction Officer will design and deliver structured induction programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly, understand company policies, safety standards, and organisational culture.

*Responsibilities*

- Design and deliver Group-wide induction programs

- Conduct engaging induction sessions for new employees

- Ensure understanding of company policies, safety rules, and culture

- Coordinate role‑specific induction with departments

- Develop induction materials (manuals, presentations, videos)

- Maintain accurate induction records

- Monitor and evaluate induction effectiveness

- Support new employees during probation

- Report induction outcomes to HR management

*Who We’re Looking For*

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field

- 3–5 years’ experience in HR, training, or employee development

- Experience delivering induction programs preferred

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills

- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning systems

- Understanding of adult learning principles

- Flexible and enthusiastic approach.
