TRIDENT SECURITY COMPANY – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Blantyre
Trident Security Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support management in coordinating and documenting daily operations, including bidding, client liaison, quotations, job sheet management, inventory control, and fuel monitoring.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and submitting bid documents and tenders
- Act as an administrative point of contact for client issues
- Prepare and issue client quotations; review and process job sheets
- Maintain client, guard, and connection lists
- Manage inventory records and support stock checks
- Monitor and record fuel consumption for operational vehicles
- Support the General Manager with daily administrative tasks
- Deliver official documents and assist in procurement activities
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
- Valid motor-bike or driving license
