Lilongwe, Zomba & Mzuzu – invites applications for the position below:

ICT Officer

📍 Location: Head Office, Lilongwe

📄 Type: Full Time

🕒 Reports to: ICT Coordinator

🧾 Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining and supporting ICT systems across the clinics, providing technical support, managing networks, maintaining software and ensuring data security and integrity, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (hardware, software, printers & networks)

• Train staff on ICT systems and HMIS applications

• Maintain systems, install updates & security patches

• Manage and optimize networks & Wi-Fi

• Ensure data security, backups & patient confidentiality

• Maintain ICT documentation and records

• Collaborate with departments on ICT needs

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT management, networking & network administration

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software & networks

• Experience with health information systems is an added advantage

• Good communication, planning & problem-solving skills

• Hospital/health sector experience is an added advantage
