Position: Primary School Teachers (2 Posts)

Open Eye Private Schools is inviting applications from qualified, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to fill two (2) vacant positions for Primary School Teachers.

📝 Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum

• Maintain accurate records of learners’ performance and progress

• Promote a positive learning environment and uphold discipline

• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to support student development

• Participate in staff meetings, parent engagements, and extracurricular activities

• Mark and report student assessments on time

• Support effective use of teaching and learning materials

• Uphold school policies and contribute to continuous improvement

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Recognized Teaching Certificate

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)

• Strong written and spoken English

• Honest, self-motivated, and committed to learners’ success

• Ability to work independently (self-starter)
