*Position:* Production Supervisors

*Location:* Blantyre

*Qualifications:* Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

- Minimum of diploma in business management, engineering or a related field.

- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications may be advantageous.

- Minimum of previous 2 years’ experience as a production supervisor and a clean track record from a manufacturing company.

- Proficiency with manufacturing machinery, inventory management software and production scheduling tools.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and time‑management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.
