Prime Insurance Company Limited, a leading general insurance provider, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence, underwriting profitability, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day technical operations (Underwriting, Claims & Marketing)
• Drive operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation
• Provide executive leadership and support to the CEO
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices
• Provide technical guidance on complex underwriting and claims
• Strengthen reinsurance programmes and risk management
• Lead and mentor high-performing operational teams
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Insurance, or related field
• Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII/Chartered Insurer)
• MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of general insurance operations and regulations
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
