Rab Processors Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Production Supervisor at its Lilongwe Branch.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities
- Supervise and lead production teams
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations
- Improve operational efficiency
- Oversee maintenance and proper use of equipment
- Prepare production reports and ensure compliance
🔹 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (added advantage)
