PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Oakwood Farms is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our farm-to-table production process and help maintain high product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Sorting and cleaning raw materials
• Preparing fruits for processing (peeling, slicing, deseeding)
• Conducting quality control checks
• Packaging, sealing, and labeling products
• Assisting with storage and inventory management
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements
• MSCE Certificate (required)
• Experience in food production is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
