Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise growers and coordinate field operations (planting, fertilization, pest management, detasseling, harvesting, record keeping)
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and stewardship standards
• Promote digital tools and efficient production practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
• Experience in maize seed production is an added advantage
• Practical knowledge of farm machinery
• Valid Motor Vehicle driver's license
• Ability to spend 75% of working time in the field
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Innovative mindset and willingness to learn
