Position Overview
Shafoo International Limited is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in promoting our food products and strengthening our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Support product promotion activities, including in-store activations and events
Manage and update social media platforms and digital marketing channels
Coordinate with sales and production teams to align marketing efforts
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and presentations
Monitor and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics
Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and media partners
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role within the food industry
Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Added Advantages
Experience in FMCG marketing
Graphic design or content creation skills
Knowledge of local and regional food markets
