Eden Estate Hotel & Resort, a premier leisure and hospitality destination in Lilongwe, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and passionate individuals for the position of Night Auditor.

Position Overview:

The Night Auditor ensures smooth overnight operations while maintaining accurate financial records and delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes during overnight shifts
• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
• Process invoices, post transactions, and reconcile accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and balance cash drawers
• Prepare reports for forecasting and auditing
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Hotel Master
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work overnight shifts

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in a hotel front office department
