Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Help customers locate products and provide recommendations

Handle sales transactions and issue receipts

Arrange and restock shelves as needed

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop

Monitor stock levels and report shortages

Ensure proper labeling and pricing of goods

Qualifications & Requirements

Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)

Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Honest, reliable, and hardworking

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Basic numeracy skills

Should be between 20 and 30 years of age

Should be from around Lilongwe
