Position Overview:

P-Tech-Expert is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Support Personnel to join our growing team on a remote (work-from-home) basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the growth of our IT solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors
2. 
   
3. Promote P-Tech-Expert services including software development, websites, and IT consultancy
4. 
   
5. Convert leads into business opportunities for our services (Custom Software, School Management Systems, Booking Systems, etc.)
6. 
   
7. Support proposal preparation and client communication
8. 
   
9. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
10. 
    
11. Provide feedback on market trends and client needs

Minimum Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 
  
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar sales or business development role
• 
  
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• 
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• 
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• 
  
• Experience in selling IT solutions or digital services is an added advantage

Compensation (Commission-Based):

This is a commission-only role, ideal for a hungry sales professional:

• 35% Commission on any business made.
• + 5% Bonus on any business made (Total potential = 40% of deal value).
• Uncapped earning potential based on your performance.
