Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for administrative support functions including transport, printing, cleaning, messaging, and switchboard services
- Manage administration and logistics budgets for cost-effective resource utilisation
- Oversee outsourced service providers through SLAs, performance scorecards, and compliance audits
- Manage landlord and tenant relations including space allocation, maintenance issues, and utilities
- Supervise staff including drivers, messengers, cleaners, printing staff, caretakers, and clerical personnel
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and audit trails for administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies including SHERQ, Competition Law, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in administration, logistics, transport, or facilities management in a large organisation
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
