Sales Executive

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ PURCHASE ESTATE

POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE 

Location: Kristwick Puma Filling Station, Blantyre

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new property sales opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct property viewings and present listings

Negotiate and close sales deals

Keep an updated database of clients and properties

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Provide market feedback to management

Requirements

Experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and results-driven

Able to work independently and in a team

Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field

Remuneration

Fixed monthly salary

Commission based on successful sales
