Position: IT Support Officer

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Level 2 IT Support role
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems (hardware, software, networking)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tools, ticketing systems, and escalation procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
