**CNC HEALTHCARE – PHARMACIST**  

**Location:** Malawi  

CNC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their dynamic team. They are committed to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and improving the health and well-being of their community.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**  

- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including petty cash management  

- Ensure proper stock levels and make adjustments to suit the pharmacy's needs  

- Create staffing schedules to ensure maximum coverage  

- Supervise sales assistants and all other junior pharmacy employees  

- Enforce best practice protocols when storing prescription drugs and controlled substances  

- Verify prescription details with healthcare specialists when required  

- Advise customers about recommended use, dosage, and possible side effects of medication  

- Maintain an approved drug and controlled substances list and verify expiry dates  

- Ensure all prescription drugs and controlled substances are secure and safe in the pharmacy  

- Address customers' requests and complaints  

- Respond to telephone calls and fill all prescriptions ordered  

- Comply with all laws governing pharmacy practice and drug distribution  

**Qualifications:**  

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy  

- Registered with PMRA  

- Experience in the retail pharmacy sector is an added advantage
