Centenary Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead and strengthen its enterprise-wide information security program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead information security governance, risk, and compliance (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST)
- Oversee security operations, monitoring, incident response, and threat management
- Manage identity and access controls
- Drive vulnerability management and threat hunting initiatives
- Ensure robust security architecture (firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection)
- Manage third-party/vendor security risks
- Promote secure application development practices
- Provide executive reporting on security posture, risks, and incidents
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk
- Proven experience in security operations, incident response, and risk management
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements
