Role Summary:

Responsible for project costing, BOQ preparation, budget control, cost analysis, procurement support, and financial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Costing and BOQs
• Budget and finance control
• Procurement support
• Tendering and commercial support
• Project oversight

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and costing systems
• Understanding of construction and interior fit-out projects
