Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management
- Handle employee relations, performance tracking, and HR policy implementation
- Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Self-motivated with a proactive and professional attitude
