POSITION: DRIVERS 

Location: Lilongwe 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

SULSDEC Green Villages, a local real estate company, which was established to complement Malawi Government’s efforts in providing well-planned land for housing development to urban dwelling Malawians. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced female driver to provide dedicated driving services for a private household.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Safely transport family members and guests to designated locations

• Conduct daily school drop-offs and pick-ups for children

• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled routines

• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition

• Monitor fuel levels and arrange for servicing and repairs when necessary

• Run errands as assigned (shopping, deliveries, etc.)

• Observe all traffic laws and road safety regulations

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

*Requirements*

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

• Proven experience as a personal driver (preferably in a private household)

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and reliability

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings

• Trustworthy, discreet and professional demeanor

*SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS*

1. At least 2-5 years’ experience

2. Holder of MSCE

3. Defensive Driving

4. C1 class and knowledge of mechanics

5. High integrity & trust worth

6. Hard working and result oriented

7. Excellent communication skills
