POSITION: STORES CLERK 

Location: Lilongwe 

OVERVIEW 

Nature’s Gift Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Stores Clerk – EIS & Inventory Control, based in Lilongwe, Area 44.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting stock control operations and managing the company’s compliance requirements within the Malawi Revenue Authority Electronic Invoicing System (MRA EIS) as they relate to stores, procurement and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate records within the MRA EIS system

Ensure compliance with MRA fiscalisation and documentation requirements

Capture and reconcile supplier documentation and goods received records

Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory transactions

Assist with receiving, issuing and monitoring stock items

Reconcile physical stock against system records

Work closely with procurement, accounts and operational departments

Report discrepancies, stock variances and system issues promptly

Assist with periodic stock counts and audits

Ensure all filing and documentation is properly maintained

Requirements

Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, Procurement, ICT or related field

Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and inventory systems

Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Honest, organized and dependable

Previous stores, stock control or administrative experience preferred
