The University of Blantyre Synod (UBS) invites applications for academic positions in the Faculty of Commerce.
Qualifications & Experience:
- PhD or minimum of a Master's degree in Business Management related fields such as Economics, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Entrepreneurship
- Academic research experience with peer-reviewed publications in accredited journals
- Supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students (Master's and PhD)
- Curriculum development experience
- Two years' lecturing experience at tertiary level
- Experience using SIMS and Turnitin Software
- Ability to design and implement curriculum, assess and monitor student academic performance, and work with diverse student backgrounds
