Tect Traders is a growing electronics retail business looking for an ambitious and dedicated Senior Sales Manager to join our team and grow with us as we expand.
Role: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Malawi
🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and businesses
- Drive sales targets and grow the company's B2B and retail revenue
- Forecast goods and sales on a quarterly basis to support business planning
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
- Lead by example and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management
📋 Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (A Degree is an added advantage)
- At least 2 years of experiencein high-value retail or tech sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong and well-established network with corporate businesses in Malawi
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to forecast sales and stock needs per quarter
- Proficient in basic computer and reporting tools
