PRINCIPAL
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking an exceptional leader who embodies integrity, inspires high performance, and demonstrates a deep commitment to values-based education. The ideal candidate must possess:
Academic Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a recognized institution (a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage).
Professional Experience: At least five (5) years of proven experience in school leadership or a senior management role within a reputable secondary school.
Leadership Style: Disciplinary, self-motivated, and capable of fostering a culture of academic excellence and accountability among both staff and students.
Strategic Capability: Strongly focused on academic outcomes with a proven track record of improving student performance, supervising instructional staff, managing academic programs, and executing financial budgets.
Ethos Alignment: A person of strong Christian character, fully prepared to promote and uphold the spiritual ethos of the school.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide visionary leadership to staff and students in strict alignment with the school’s mission, vision, and foundational values.
Promote and sustain high academic performance, continuous curriculum development, and holistic student growth.
Ensure that discipline, character formation, and spiritual enrichment remain central to all facets of school life.
Lead, manage, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching personnel effectively.
Oversee daily school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with national education policies.
Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with parents, the community, and key corporate or ministry stakeholders.
