HIRING ASSISTANT

ITALIAN PIZZA & PASTA CHEF

EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience in crafting authentic Italian pizzas and pasta dishes.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, plating, and presentation techniques.
• Handle the cash counter, process customer payments, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Willingness to complete a three-month training period.
• Previous experience in KFC, Pizza Inn, MUG & Bean, or a fine dining background will be an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

• English speaking.
• A strong hospitality mindset.
• Over TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in the fast food industry.
• Preferably a resident within areas 49, 47, 12, and 18.

During the probation period, you will be offered a salary of MK200,000. Upon successful completion of the probation, your salary will increase to between MK250,000 and MK400,000, depending on performance.
