• Valid Class B Driving Licence

• Minimum 3 years driving experience

• Good knowledge of road safety regulations

• MSCE certificate

• Defensive driving certificate will be an added advantage

• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Honest, disciplined, and reliable

• Ability to keep transport records and logbooks properly

• Familiarity with local routes and road networks

• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours

• No criminal record related to driving offenses
