The Parcel Intake Agent will receive parcels from customers, verify shipment details, record parcel information in the system, issue receipts, ensure parcels are correctly labeled, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• MSCE plus a Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
