Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Set up and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and servers.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service.
- Conduct field installations and site visits.
- Maintain technical documentation and service reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience in networking and server configuration.
- Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Valid Malawi driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and conduct field installations.
Experience
- Proven experience in IT support, networking, CCTV systems, or a related technical field.
