Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience as an Engineer.
- At least 8 years' experience in diesel power plant or heavy-duty diesel engine maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine thermodynamics, generator systems, and balance of plant equipment.
- Registered with the Malawi Institute of Engineers.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Age between 35 and 50 years.
