About the Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM)
The Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM), the professional membership body representing the Human Resources and People Management fraternity in Malawi, invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the position of Executive Director.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Secretary General, with a dotted reporting line to the IPMM President, the Executive Director will ensure the effective operations of the Secretariat.

- Budgeting and Financial Control.
- Governance and Secretarial Support.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field of study.
- A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years‘ experience in senior management and operations within a dynamic business environment.
Skills
- Computer literate.
- Self-starter.
- Strong knowledge of local, social, economic, and cultural contexts.
