ABOUT POLYMED SACCO

POLYMED SACCO is a financial cooperative regulated by the Reserve Bank of Malawi, committed to providing quality savings and financial services to its members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote POLYMED SACCO products and services.
• Recruit new members and grow the customer base.
• Meet assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client enquiries.
• Conduct marketing and business development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
• Experience in financial services, SACCOs, banking, or microfinance will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and conduct member recruitment activities.
