Epay Mobile Money is inviting applications from customer-focused, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Temporary Agents based in Blantyre CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Assist customers with mobile money transactions and related services.
- Promote Epay Mobile Money products and services.
- Ensure accurate processing of customer transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or mobile money operations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good numerical and basic computer skills.
