• Bachelor's Degree in Education specializing in Sciences
• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM) with a valid practising licence
• Minimum 5 years' teaching experience in a secondary school
• Age between 30 and 50 years
