KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Manageandmonitortheoperationalperformanceoffuelretail

stationswithintheassignedterritory.

Drivefuel,lubricantandotherproductsalestoachievecompanytargets

Ensurecompliancewithcompanyoperationalprocedures,

safetystandardsandregulatoryrequirements.

Monitorstock,cash,sales,shortagesandstationprofitability

Supervise,guideandevaluatestationteamsanddealers.

Identifynewbusinessopportunitiesandstrengthencustomerrelationships

Prepareandsubmitergularsalesandoperationalperformancereports.

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS

Minimumoftwoyears'experienceintheoil andgas sector,

specificallyinretailoperationsandsales.

Strongleadership,communicationandproblem-solving skills.

Goodunderstandingoffuelstationoperations,stockcontrol,

salesmanagementandcustomerservice.

Abilitytoworkindependentlyandtravelextensively

within the assigned territory.

Arelevantdiplomaordegreewillbeanaddedadvantage.

Avaliddrivinglicencewillbeanaddedadvantage.
