POSITION: WAREHOUSE MANAGER 

Location: Lilongwe

OVERVIEW 

Are you an experienced warehouse and inventory professional ready to take the lead? Resani Consulting Ltd, recruiting on behalf of our client, is looking for a highly capable Warehouse Manager to join a dynamic team in Lilongwe, Malawi.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving and dispatch, stock rotation, finished goods management, team supervision, safety and compliance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field

✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing

✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills

✅ Excellent inventory management and analytical abilities

✅ Strong attention to detail, integrity and work ethic

✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
