POSITION: SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSISTANT (Remote)

OVERVIEW

Nthawi Woodworks is looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Assistant (Remote) to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who can help us make sure no serious customer inquiry goes cold.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Following up on customer inquiries and leads

• Calling and communicating with prospective customers

• Helping convert inquiries into confirmed orders

• Following up on deposits and outstanding balances

• Keeping accurate records of leads, orders and completed sales

• Promoting our products through WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok and relevant online groups

• Reaching out to potential individual and corporate customers

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is confident, organised, persuasive and comfortable speaking with customers. You should have excellent spoken and written English, good telephone etiquette and the ability to follow through until a sale is closed.

Because this is a remote position, you must have your own laptop, good smartphone and reliable internet connection.

Experience in sales, customer service or marketing is an advantage, but we’re equally interested in someone with the right attitude, communication skills and hunger to sell.

Earning structure: Retainer + Commission + Performance Incentives
