Position : Boarding Mistress

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate, preferably in Education or related field
- At least 3–5 years of relevant teaching, student affairs, or boarding education experience
- Demonstrable experience in student discipline, child protection, and behavior management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Added Advantages (not required but preferred):
- Training or qualification in Guidance and Counseling
- Primary School Teaching Certificate
- First Aid certification
- Training in conflict resolution and behavior management
- Experience in mentoring adolescents and student leadership
