Terms & Conditions

This document governs participation in the Mvungi Referral and Affiliate Program operated by Mvungi Job Master. By joining the program, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before activating your referral account.

• Any registered user of Mvungi Job Master — job seekers, HR users, and consultants — is eligible to join.
• You must have an active account on the platform.
• Mvungi reserves the right to approve or reject any referral account at its discretion.

Once approved, you will receive a unique referral code and link. Share it with anyone — friends, colleagues, companies, or institutions. When they register using your code and make a successful payment, you earn a commission.

You may refer:

• Job seekers looking for employment opportunities
• Employers and HR departments wanting to use Mvungi to hire
• Companies and institutions wishing to use Mvungi HR Manager (AI-powered)
• Consultants joining the Mvungi consulting network

You may use any ethical marketing method, including social media, personal recommendation, or online promotion.

Referrers earn a flat 20% commission on all successful payments made by referred users. Commissions are credited automatically after payment confirmation, provided no refund or dispute exists.

The table below shows example commissions based on current active plans. Actual amounts depend on the plan chosen by the person you refer at the time of their payment.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is MK 10,000 (before processing fees).
• A 3% processing fee is deducted from every cashout at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after manual review and approval by Mvungi administrators.

Supported payment methods:

• Airtel Money
• TNM Mpamba
• Bank Transfer (where available)

All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review. Ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date.

• Referrers must maintain accurate and current payment and contact details at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity under your referral account.
• Fraudulent accounts or suspicious activity will result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

Mvungi reserves the full right to suspend referral accounts, disable referral codes, remove commissions, or delete accounts without prior notice if:

• Fraud or system abuse is detected
• False or fabricated referrals are generated
• Platform rules or these Terms are violated

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate commissions
• Self-referrals of any kind
• Bot-generated registrations or automated sign-ups
• Misleading, deceptive, or spam-based advertising
• Manipulating referral tracking systems or cookies

• Referral codes must be used correctly at the time of the referred user's registration.
• Each user may only be linked to one referrer — retroactive assignment is not possible.
• Referrers may request a code change, limited to 2 changes per calendar year.
• Referral codes must not be used in ways that mislead or confuse potential users.

Mvungi retains full ownership and control of the platform and the referral program. Mvungi reserves the right to:

• Modify commission rates at any time with reasonable notice
• Change referral rules or update withdrawal policies
• Suspend or terminate the entire referral program at its discretion

All decisions made by Mvungi administration are final.

Mvungi tracks all referral activity including registrations, payments, commission earnings, and withdrawals. This data is used solely for system functionality, fraud prevention, reporting, and commission calculation. Your data will not be sold to third parties.

Mvungi is not liable for:

• Loss of expected earnings due to account suspension or program changes
• Misuse of your referral code by third parties
• External disputes between referrers and referred users
• Delays caused by payment processors or banking partners

By participating in the referral program, you confirm that you understand and accept all terms, will comply with all platform rules, and acknowledge Mvungi's right to enforce these policies.
