OVERVIEW
Amaryllis Hotel / Amaryllis Hospitality Group invites applications from motivated and experienced HR professionals to fill the position of HR Associate.
The role supports key human resources functions including recruitment, HR administration, payroll support, and HR systems management.
Key Duties:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Provide guidance on contracts, entitlements, and HR policies
- Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and personnel files
- Update and manage ERP and HR information systems
- Support payroll verification and performance management processes

- Strong HR operations, data management, and analytical skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and HR systems

- Experience working in multicultural environments
