Smile Mums Foundation is hiring a Health Programs Manager to lead and manage community health programs that improve lives.
🔑 Key Role
• Design & manage community health programs
• Coordinate with NGOs, government & communities
• Manage budgets, reporting & program performance
• Lead and mentor program teams
🎓 Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health/Health Administration or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in health program management
• Strong leadership, communication & project skills
• Knowledge of digital health tools (Kobo, CommCare, etc.)
• Valid motorbike license required
