About Grow Farms
Grow Farms is a fast-growing integrated agricultural enterprise established in 2020, located at Nakwawa Trading Centre (23km from Gateway Mall along Santhe Road). The farm operates Macadamia orchards, Dairy farming, and Poultry (Layers) and is expanding through increased production and modern technologies, including drip irrigation systems.
Position Overview
Grow Farms is seeking a visionary and experienced Farm Manager to lead operations, drive strategy, and support sustainable growth across all farming units.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic planning to increase productivity and revenue
• Integrate and optimize Macadamia, Dairy, and Poultry operations
• Manage resources, budgets, and cashflow planning
• Oversee human capital development and succession planning
• Identify and develop markets for farm products
• Increase yields using Minimum Agricultural Standards (MAS) and smart farming technologies
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Diploma in Agriculture (recognized institution)
• At least 10 years’ experience managing livestock and plantation crops
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced farming environment
• High integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to live and work in a rural setting
