Key Responsibilities
o Design customized travel packages (local, regional & international)
o Handle flight bookings and ticketing
o Prepare quotations, itineraries & travel documents
o Liaise with hotels, airlines & transport providers
o Promote packages through marketing & social media
o Meet sales targets & support business growth
o Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related field
Experience in travel consulting or similar role
Knowledge of flight booking systems & ticketing
Strong communication & customer service skills
Marketing skills (social media is an added advantage)
Good organizational & time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & booking systems
Driver’s license is an added advantage
