Concern Worldwide is an international humanitarian NGO working to eliminate extreme poverty and reduce suffering. They are inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of Programme Manager based in Kasiya.
Job Summary
The Programme Manager will oversee project implementation in Lilongwe Rural and Mchinji, ensuring:
• High-quality and timely programme delivery
• Strong financial and operational management
• Effective coordination with partners and stakeholders
• Staff supervision, mentoring, and performance management
The role also covers logistics, procurement, security, HR, finance oversight, reporting, and maintaining strong partnerships with NGOs, government, and donors.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Community Development, Project Management, DRR, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project/programme management (agriculture, livelihoods, resilience, social protection, etc.)
• Strong experience in budget management, monitoring & evaluation
• Experience working with local government & multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of humanitarian standards (e.g., CHS, SPHERE)
• Excellent leadership, communication & report writing skills
