WE ARE HIRING – TEAM LEADER (NORTHERN REGION)
Select Financial Services is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our team in the Northern Region.

Reporting to: Regional Manager
Main Purpose of the Role
To lead and manage Sales Agents in growing new client business and expanding the loan book in line with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure payroll deduction agreements with employers
• Plan & coordinate sales and marketing campaigns
• Induct and support Sales Agents
• Monitor daily sales targets & KPIs
• Analyse sales activity data and trends
• Ensure loan application screening accuracy & quality standards
• Advise clients on suitable financial products
• Manage assets and assist in collections
• Prepare and submit monthly reports
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-performance sales environment
• Microfinance experience is an added advantage
• Valid, clean driver’s licence
• Ability to work flexible hours
