Gala Agriculture Company Limited is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Fuel & Lubes Supervisor to manage fuel and lubricant operations across farm sites. This role is critical for ensuring proper fuel control, cost management, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage diesel and lubricant usage according to approved budgets
• Coordinate fuel deliveries to farm locations
• Issue fuel to authorized vehicles, tractors, generators, and motorcycles
• Record and reconcile fuel stock daily to detect discrepancies
• Track fuel consumption and prepare daily and monthly reports
• Issue GRNs for fuel and lubes received
• Analyze fuel usage and explain variances with recommendations
• Implement measures to prevent theft, misuse, or losses
• Ensure timely ordering of fuel and lubricants
• Work with logistics, workshop, and farm teams to improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High integrity and accountability
• Ability to analyze fuel consumption data
• Experience in similar role is an added advantage
• Knowledge of fuel control systems is an added advantage
