Job Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Call Centre Supervisor

NICO Holdings Plc is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Centre Agents. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about customer service and communication.

Job Overview:

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support through inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Verify customer details and maintain updated records
• Resolve customer complaints and follow up on pending issues
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Document customer interactions and manage support tickets
• Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction and response time
• Participate in trainings and support continuous service improvement

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in call centre or customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
