Youth and Society (YAS) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Videographer to join its communications team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in capturing high-quality video and photographs, editing, and visual storytelling.  

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀  

- Capture high-quality video and photo content for initiatives and events  

- Plan and set up shoots, including lighting and audio equipment  

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content  

- Collaborate with the communications team on concepts  

- Manage video/photo archives and organize footage  

- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines  

- Operate and maintain video/photo equipment  

- Conduct interviews and capture live content  

- Handle live streaming for events and podcasts  

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀  

- Proven experience as a videographer  

- Strong visual storytelling and editing skills  

- Proficiency in video editing software  

- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment  

- Creative mindset with attention to detail  

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills  

- Experience with live streaming and social media content trends  

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel when required
