Lumina Creative Labs is an international digital creative agency producing artistic, editorial, and digital media content for clients in the United States and Europe. The company is launching a new artistic photography project in Zomba to showcase Malawian talent, culture, and landscapes for a global audience.  

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄  

The Creative Coordinator will connect local artistic talent with international opportunities, organize shoots, and provide creative input while building strong relationships within Zomba’s creative community.  

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀  

- Scout and recruit local photographers, models, dancers, and visual artists  

- Coordinate production logistics (scheduling, locations, equipment)  

- Provide creative input on concepts, styling, set design, and lighting  

- Manage model releases and contributor agreements  

- Build and maintain relationships with Zomba’s creative community  

- Communicate regularly with the international team  

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲  

- Final-year student or recent graduate (within 2 years) in Fine Art, Visual Arts, Media Studies, Performing Arts, Communications, or related field  

- Strong eye for visual quality (light, composition, color, detail)  

- Experienced in coordinating events/projects, reliable and organized  

- Well-connected in Zomba’s creative scene  

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)  

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 (𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱)  

- Photography/videography portfolio  

- Experience organizing creative projects or events  

- Familiarity with social media content creation  

- Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva

- Flexible part-time work
